Gmail: It is used to send and receive emails and it is the most useful tool.

Compose

The compose option is given in Gmail for creating new mails in pc and in smartphones pencil is given below to compose the mail.

You will see Cc and Bcc in the mail. Cc means a carbon copy that is used to sending a copy of the same mail and Bcc means a blind carbon copy in which you can't see the Gmail address of the particular person if the mail is sent to you.

You can add the signature in your email by click on Manage signature --> create new

You can add the name and mobile no. and it will show in your email.

Click on the lock button on Gmail in PC and in smartphone click on three dots on compose an email you will see the confidential mode click on it. In this option, you can set the expiry of the sent mail and it will automatically be deleted according to the date and another person can't able to prove that the mail is sent by you.

Go in the search box and there you can add many filters by adding the mail id or words have or words don't have. You can create labels also press on the create filter button.

 You can also colour the label rename it and if you want any label to show above all labels you can add the asterisk sign before naming the label For ex: *Meeting 

 Click on three dots beside the label created and then click on label colour option and colour it.

If You want to search message older than a month, year or days then type in the search box : for ex : older_than:2d

If you want to search a message by a particular label then type for ex : Label:social

If you want to block the particular mail go to that mail click on three dots and tap on a block option

Go to Settings:

Turn the Keyboard shortcuts on to use Gmail more easily and after turning press on save changes and then go to settings and you will see keyboard shortcuts options.

You can use stars to classify your emails

Go to the button label options and you can set it to icons or labels

You can enable offline mail to view message
go to settings --> general

You can also grant access to your email to other people without giving your password.
Go to settings --> accounts and import --> grant access to your account
